Well this doesn't really need to be in the Chemical study section but to answer your question depending on the amount of aromatizing steroids would depend on your dose. If your on about 500mg test a week then I'd suggest 1 pill every 2nd day and work your way up from there.

Here's what worked for me:
1. Weekly test dose under 1g - 1mg E3D
2. Weekly test dose over 1g - 1mg EOD

Lately I've really liked using aromasin.

I use .5-1mg ED. SO i'd say to use .5mg ED and see how it starts to work for you.
