i know the most important part of growing muscle is resting. if your muscles dont rest they wont grow. i just restarted to work out and i am sore. Worked out this monday and i was going to work out a m,w,f routine for the first month and half and then drop maybe to a tues,thurs for heavier workouts after the first one month in a half. So can i work out when i am sore?? Plus does anyone know where is the cheapest place to buy olympic weights and a good set of dumbbells near los angeles. i only have 200 to spare. |

Two hunded bucks won't get you far in getting a barbell and dumbbell set. For being big hunks of cheap metal, they are quite expensive.

so let me get this straight. i cant work out when sore? About the weights i already have 255lbs of weight and am trying to see it i get another 200. i have two 35lbs, four 20lbs and just looking to get the most bang for your buck with the 200 dollars i can spare
