Should it be time to buy new squat shoes\slippers..or can i ride these out cause i am almost in love with them.
As for shoes for cardio, i just get something comfortable like nikes or something. |

If they are comfortable then keep on using them, comfort is key when doing deads or squats.

I use an older version, and they are flat as hell that is why i love em

true thats somthing else i was going to say....i remember them being really flat, but also with no support either...maybe u like that.
