That's not even heavy! = No fun ;P
When i'm not repping I usually go for 80-85% of my 1RM.
Anyone else share this with me? I mostly train 5x5. And yes, I'am completley exhausted after workout xD |

Everyone has different fiber distribution. Personally I train in the higher weight range too, but everyone is different. Nice lifts for 170. I saw your sig before you changed it, I'm assuming the 619 deadlift was a conversion error. You had me scared there for a second

Haha yeah, it's pretty late here like 1:30 Am, so i'm tierd as hell =P Only reason im still up is because it's weekend =D If i didn't give myself some lazy time i wouln'd never cope with life hehe =D
<edit> I'd like to add those are my personal records, the weight is my summer weight aka my "looking-good-on-the-beach-weight", ripped in other words. Otherwise i'm like 7-8 lbs heavier. Not that it makes a huge difference but still.
I lift soley for fun, I don't compete and never inted to do. Besides, I hate loosing so. There's a guy here in swe about 12 miles from where I live, who's in the 67,5kg weightclass (~150lbs) who lifts 1582 lbs total. Sick! his name is Amit Selberg.

if your bench was 400+ you might train at 65%...
it depends on the person (like Insane said) and the situation.
ps those are sick #'s for a 6' tall human being who only weighs 170
