 Fascia Stretching- A must for those looking to grow big!


DCs program emphasizes it greatly, but i think everybody should do them. I do not agree with everything said in article below but they do have some great pics of the stretchs and descriptions on how to do them.

I have been going to a Doctor of Chiropractic for about 4 years now and he does the myofascial manipulation that helps with my stretching and aids in a quicker recovery--for more growth. He gave me these stretches to do a couple of years ago--they are great and everyone should do them. Yoga is good too.

def. does he do the stretches on the hard foam rollers? i used to do those with some of my clients...

Actually it is almost like a deep massage and he does use a device to help him get deeper into the muscle. It can feel quite unpleasant while he is doing this but I am a firm believer in it.

Nice find. I need to try this. I quit benching for 4 months, lost 50 lbs off my bench...2 weeks and im not getting any stronger. partially because im not focusing only on lifting heavy but i will be in 2 weeks.

that sucks...i find the bench weight goes down the easiest...good luck getting it back up though.
