Just got them in and they fit tight...are they supposed to be this tight?
I would go up a size but that is for up to 250lbs individuals and it will def be loose on me (no support)
Any input would be great.

i was thinking about getting sleeves for both elbows and knees....i did some hacks today and really felt it in the knees ( not a good feeling) anybody have any suggestions on a spec. brand or are they all relativly similar. i weigh around 220 right now with fairly large quads, ill try n get measurements if thats even needed.
