do any of you use a specfic warm-up method before weight training?

warm up on cardio equipment for 5-10 mins, either the bike or treadmill. do a light ab + lower back work out.
then start lifting. I always start light, bar only ( no weight) and then stretch between sets. the intensity of the stretch increases as I progress

I usually walk to the gym, and start super light, do a VERY MILD stretch before hand, and that's it...

walk to gym...flirt with girls...stretch..low back warm up...more stretches..start light with moderate reps..then hit it hard!

No cardio, no stretching. I just do light sets for the muscle group until I feel I am ready. That's it.

10 minutes cardio then stretch w/the bands.
