I really want to add cleans to my lifting routine... I lift 3 days a week.. 1st Day is Back/biceps (Mon) Day 2 is chest/Shoudler/Tri's (Wed) Day 3 is Legs (Fri)
I do my deads on Mondays and my Squatting on Fridays...
Where should I throw Cleans into the mox?? Im thinking on Mondays for back days.. or should I switch it up EOW with Deadlifts?? Thanks |

I would do them wed. as the shoulder work. actually that is what I do. But I do them from the hang position so there isnt as much back/hip involvement.

doing them wed wouldn't allow me enough time to recover between dead and squat days.
I would suggest alternating them with either your dead or squat days

i do cleans on bench day. it works well. finally hit 300 and got it for 2 last week, and it really helps with everything including looks.
