its hard as fuck too find an affordable trainer in columbus.
he said he trains 2 guys groups at 3 and 4 and thats what i was maybe thinking of. i wish i still had my old trainer from back home. 200 bucks covered a month...4-5 workouts a week at 1 hour a session. and with him it was one on one

they both train at the same gym as me. i heard hes a dick and i think he just does one on one sessions for like 70 bucks a pop
