Face Pull Form

Does it matter how your hands are positioned when doing face pulls?? I can never remember if my thumbs should be facing me or away from me...

i normally do them with a wide grip hands pronated.

pronated= palms to floor thumbs facing each other.

thumbs up bothers my shoulder
