  lean and strong?

 lean and strong?

I need to lean out. I got a gut and always did but since i resumed training 2 months ago, i gained like 25 pounds of water, fat and muscle. im into PLing so strength loss is a major concern for me and wont tolerate it. can i still increase my strength on my lifts despite diet/cardio? i wont be going low carbs but just lowered calories and eat stricter, not that i dont anyways. soon i will be using anavar with CEE but for now im letting my body recover. but ill start on the CEE very soon. so is this attainable or not? im tired of being fat and bloated, at least in my eyes. and i feel uncomfortable lately. im 5'6" at 175. any suggestions? i train 3 days a week, should i do cardio the other 4 days to start? is this attainable or not? i know i can be a little scrawny ripped WEAK guy but thats not my goal here. thanks.

some strength loss is inevitable. especially since youre cutting calories. its a toss up youll have to come to grips with. but dont worry once you get to your desired fat% the strength will start to come back. just dont go too hardcore dieting too fast or your strength will go really quick.

so when i reach my desired fat %, i can build strength at that bf% right? i want to stay at the lowered bf and build my strength high without having to gain fat and water.
