 Belly problem

I did not know were to post this. So here goes I am around 9% BF and you can see my abs great but when not flexed my stomach sticks out but even when it sticks out u can see the abs. i train abs every other day and I think I am going to go down to 2 times a week. My abs don't lay flat is this because my abs are to big? I don't know or is it my bodytype. In a t-shirt it looks like i have a gut sometimes. i hope u understand this question.

I have been working to lose my turtle gut, my abs are well defined but they get fairly thick when I am bulking so I can empathize. Training your abs more often sounds like a better idea, I don't think it is really possible to overtrain your abs, just don't use weight when doing ab exercises--keep reps high with no weight.

i know this sux man! My chic was the one that noticed it. She said I should walk around with no shirt on. She was trying to be funny. I am going to go the no weight and higher rep route this time. I notice it to more when I am bulking also. Turtle belly is a good name for it. This reason alone is why I have stayed away from growth!

if you do heavy hypertropy training on your abs then they are obviously goign to stick out, when you do abs if you want to suck them in abit you needa activate your transverse abdominals...next time you do abs while laying on your back practise breathing through your tummy so when u breath in your tummy rises and when u breath out your tummy goes down...take in a big breath to make ur tummy rise then breath out to make it fall...when it falls and all your air is out keep your tummy down and then flex your tummy ...this will activate your transverse abdominals..now try to flex your stomach and keep your tummy sucked in while tryin 2 breath through your nose and try to do some situps like that....as you do the sit ups your transverse abs will slowly start to switch off...you can tell by watching your tummy it will slowly start to rise in the middle while your tying to flex.....and plus even when your just sitting on a chair, walking , driving etc...try to have your tummy sucked in and tensed this will suck your tummy in a little too
