In the past you have never put much effort in to deads, or even had them as a mainstay in your training, because of your "back problems", now you expect us all to believe that you are capable of deadlifting ~500lb? (because thats what it works out to) That's a weight that many lifters cannot touch, I don't think there's more than a handful of people in any regular gym who pull that. You're a liar.
Now before you start crying about getting called out yet again, why don't you sit down and ponder this: if you don't wanna get called out, don't state ridiculous lies (eg: "I'm 95% straight", "I never got barebacked in the change room showers", or "I deadlifted 365 for 12") |
