did a kickass back workout last night at 12am

deads
close grip pulldowns
tbar tows


deaded 365 for 12


thats crazy since its the first time i have done deads in months and last time i was regularly doing them was a year ago

Was that the only bodypart you did? I'd be rolled out on a stretcher if I did that back workout with another bodypart.

hha very. usually when its that late it takes me 2 days for the soreness but its already here love it
