pullups will really get your biceps working (narrow underhand grip). having said that, what are your stats? i have yet to see a 250+ guy who didn't have big arms - the point being that trying to isolate your bicep isn't going to get it any bigger without your whole body growing. even if you gain 5lbs of muscle, the bigger muscles are going to account for most of that weight with very negligible amount settling on your arms. now gain 20-30 lbs and i can guarantee you, you will notice a big difference in your arm size.
