guys, just done dieitng. Im not as lean as I hoped, but, still satisfied. 6'1 at around 215-220lbs. maybe a true 10%BF
here's the thing. I gained alotta mass in my legs (genetics) eventhough, I tired not to...it just happens. I am trying to build my upper body to catch up, and I notice I did not put alotta size in my back, traps, sholders chest.... Arms are good. How can I train my upperbody to look as thick as my lower?? I was thinking of stopping all isolation moves for my upper??
I typically do high reps for both upper and lower. 5 day split. was thinking of goin to a push/pull/legs split..any advice would help.
