Ancillaries like what men have to take, women do NOT..
HOWEVER.. women can still get depressed post cycle, moody, low sex drive.. similar things you men get, but not in the true sense of the ancillary..
I personally am now on what i like to call my ancillary LOL.. my estrogen was too low post cycle that i had to start andriol to get my estrogen to balance back out.. I am VERY careful about sides and prevent them at all costs!!! And too low of estrogen can also be bad like too much test in a woman..
But on a whole, Popi hit the nail on the head..
When women do use ancillaries such as Nolvadex or proviron or even arimidex the usage would be specifically pre-contest to suppress or inhibit estrogen production to get that super hard, leaness and vascularity. But some of the ancillaries esp Arim and Nolvadex can have a rebound effect, causing the estrogen to come back with a vengence and rapid weight gain...
