I'm using 5ml of creatine Serum before my workout, have been using it for 2 months and no bloating problems.

I'm using Sportlabs Plasmavol right now. I love it! I certainly know that my muscles are much fuller than before. I do lose some of my definition that's for sure when I'm using creatine. If I'm doing a cutting phase, I won't use creatine but when I'm trying to put a few pounds on, I always use Plasmavol. It's available at the store here. http://www.directconnectnutrition.com/

Oh and just another note, I take it before I train as well as after I train. Gives me a nice little kick in the gym!

i was advised by a good friend that creatine is best in powder form... monohydrate. kaizen is good i hear, but jen and fyre like the same kind.... and after looking at them i'd say it works
