i am not sure what you mean by your dosages.. are you referring to liquid t3?
normal t3 tabs, would be 25mcg tabs.. therefore you can taper up starting at 25mcg or even as low as 12.5 mcg and work your way up and peaking at 100mcg (2 weeks at the most) and then a taper down..
a full cycle should be no longer than 6 week intervals...
Protein.. a good idea is to find out her lean body mass and then have her eat 1g of protein per 1g of lbm AT LEAST.. when i diet, i normally eat my entire bodyweight in protein

carbs: low simple sugars!! her complex carbs can consist of potatos, oatmeal, brown rice etc.. and i would suggest she not exceed 150g a day if she is looking to cut.. i personally go even lower when i am cutting.. but it is relevant.
is she lifting?? or only cardio?? if she is only doing cardio and uses t3, she is going to LOSE alot of muscle! t3 has a tendency to not only burn fat but to also burn muscle.. hence the common clen/T3 stack as the Clen acts as an anticatabolism (basically helping to preserve muscle).. so just keep in mind that t3 alone will make her lose weight! and muscle weight!
