Greetings, all. I know you want the stats before you'll give the thumbs-up or -down.

Stats

Female, Age 45
Training 1+ Years
Current BF% 19-20% (Dexa'd Last Month)
TBW 154
LBM 124
Goal Drop 10 pounds of BF; hold onto my LBM; 12-14%. I have no desire to compete, just look like I do.

Diet

1500-1600 kCal (Maintenance)
Insulin Insensitive (Genetic; both grandmothers died from complications related to diabetes & mother currently diabetic)
Protein Intake 150g/day (1.25g x LBM)
Fat Intake 60g/day (.5g x LBM)
Carbs 125g/day on WO Days; 25g/day on Non-WO days

Exercise

Fasted state cardio daily, moderate intensity, 45 minutes
HST 3 times per week

Proposed Cycle Clenbuterol, 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off, but starting in the middle of my 6-week t3 cycle when the dosage is the highest; an ECA stack on off weeks
Day 1 12.5 mcg
Day 2 25.0 mcg
Day 3 37.5 mcg
Day 4 50.0 mcg
Days 5-14 75.0 mcg t3, 6 week cycle, ramping up & down
Days 1-3 12.5mg
Days 4-6 25 mg
Days 7-9 37.5mg
Days 10-27 50mg * Take Clenbuterol during highest t3 dosing (3 weeks)
Days 28-32 37.5mg
Days 33-37 25mg
Days 38-42 12.5mg

Anavar, 5-10mg/day, taking 10mg during the highest t3 dosing (Days 10-27). Will be taking liver-protective supps (ALA & milk thistle)

Twin Labs Yohimbe (Standardized] 8mg twice a day. Also using topical Yohimbe (LipoDerm-Y) twice daily Nolvadex, 10mg/day, ramping up & down

I would really appreciate some recommendations on the Nolvadex ramp-up/ramp-down numbers.

My one other question is how my cycle will affect my birth control (Depo Prevera) or how my birth control will affect my cycle.

Thoughts? Adjustments? Anything I've forgotten or would benefit from?

Nice to see this plan is thought out and i appreciate the background..

first of all... you are on birthcontrol.. NO Nolvadex! !! it will make your bc not work! secondly, there is much too much of a rebound with nolv and thirdly, your bodyfat is NOT low enough for it to really work on you.. NOLV should be saved for pre-contest competitors who are already under 10% and just looking to shed that last bit of stubborn fat... remember when estrogen is suppressed, it comes back with a vengence lol..

Also, while on bc, keep in mind that you may have problems with water retention.. topical yohimbine tends to make you also hold water.. so you may want to increase your water intake to counteract it combined with a lower salt intake or even some dandelion root here and there if it gets really bad.. (fyre is the supplement queen though )

the clen/T3 look good.. Me personally, when using t3, i like to take less of a break with the Clen (when i can get through it lol) but for real, 2 weeks on, 1 week off.. you really want to preserve as much muscle as you can while using t3 and Clen will help you do just that.. granted the anavar will really do some magic, but 1 week off is ample time for a short under 8 week cycle...

the eca substitution is just fine..

also, A++ on the liver aids!!! high protein and var can be tough, so good move imo!

i believe you are on the right track!! i would like to see 4 days of weights, but if 3 is all you can do, that is cool too...

also make sure not to exceed 45mins with the cardio on an empty stomach, your body will start burning muscle... ie: great program is an incline treadmill (<12) with a fast walking pace (~3.5) is a kick ass excercise for moderate intensity and it focuses on the glutes and hamstrings/hips..
