So Ladies, I need some advice. My wife is 20 and she has wanted breast implants ever since she has gone from 25%bf to 17%(you all know what gets lost) and I was thinking of taking her to a cosmetic surgeon as a surprise. For those of you who know me you know I am in medical school and am planning on being a cosmetic surgeon as well. So Its not like she wont get them eventually, but I want her and me to be able to enjoy them when we are young and playful(although I am sure we will always remain that way).
Is this a present you ladies would enjoy, given the scenario that you have always wanted them?
