 Newbie Supplement Question

hey guys!

i was considering starting a cycle of Anavar in the near future, but i first want to try a supplement that might give me similar results, and see how it goes from there. my goal is to get harder and more cut, i dont mind putting on a little size either. any suggestions?
my boyfriend was thinking maybe NO2 would be a good start, but i really wanted to ask the experts first.
oh yeah, im 5'6, 125 lbs.
supergirl knows what i look like, im not some skinny chick either

I'd say don't waste your money on the NO2 either. creatine does work well for women. Providing of course that you don't mind some extra water weight. If you're looking for something to give you an edge in the gym and help you to put on some size, creatine would be a good choice. If you're looking for a creatine cocktail(has the dextrose added to it already along with ALA), then I would suggest sportlabs Plasmavol. You can order it from the store here www.directconnectnutrition.com
Or if you'd prefer a less expensive route to go, buy straight creatine Monohydrate and add your own dextrose and ala.

It's impossible to compare the results of anabolics to that of a natural supplement as they aren't even in the same ball park.
Your other option would be to try the prohormones but I myself would rather go right to Anavar than screw around with prohormones and risk the possible sides linked with them. That's just my opinion though.
How long have you been training? What are you goals?

Fyre -- I've been training for about 5 solid years, but the last year and half i have really pushed my workouts more towards the weights . Since then i've put on about 3-4 lbs of muscle and am loving it! I am pretty toned as it is, but im always looking for a more tighter and harder look, that i know Anavar can give me. Other than creatine (im not crazy about the water weight), no more suggestions? hmmmm...

I'm going to assume that you are taking the usual, whey protein, multi-vitamin, flax oil, B-Complex, extra A,C and E.........
If not, do start incorporating them in there. Protein is the building block for muscle.
Well honestly hun, like I said you can't really compare natural supps to anabolics. (even though the magazines are constantly doing that with their ads...lol) Don't get me wrong, you can build a beautiful muscular build without the use of anabolics! I'm just advising u not to waste your money on a lot of the hype products out there that make false claims about the gains you are going to make.
If you have your heart set on giving the Anavar a go, then that's certainly the best choice in my opinion when it comes to anabolics for women.
Just be sure to start low, like 5mg a day and then you can work your way up to 10-15mg, depending of course on how you are feeling on it.
Most women do well with 10mg a day split up into two dosages.

Hope that helps and please keep us posted on your progress.
