What is the big difference between running (cardio) on a empty stumuch and first eat and run (cardio) 45 min later? Do you start burning fat immeditially on a empty stumach? |

there are no carbs in your system to burn for energy so the body resorts to burning fat but this only works for a while then it switches over to survival mode and burns muscle . so dont think you can run 3 hours in the am on a empty stomach lol .
