I found this forum off of a website which was sent to me when i bid for pumping iron on ebay

Anyways, I have a few questions but first I'll give a little background because after reading all the threads I think you will ask me about myself before you can give me some good answers. I have been going to the gym regularly for the past 7 months. I started with weights 4 times a week but decided I want to lose a lot of fat, so now I'm doing cardio 5 times a week and weights about 3 times. My diet isn't too bad- eggs and cereal for breakfast, yogurt for mid-morning snack, lunch is a turkey sandwich on pita and a salad, afternoon snack/pre or post-workout is usually peanut butter and banana or turkey sandwich, and dinner is salad and chicken. I have lost about 15 lbs of fat in the past 4 months and now I weigh about 130. I'd like to drop another 10 or 15, but seeing as I'm already up to 1 hour of cardio per day, I need a little something extra. I started taking stacker 2's just to speed me up. Can anyone give me some advice as where to go from here?
