Here is an example of what I eat everyday.. This diet is not a bulking or cutting, it's strictly a clean maintenance diet.
M1: 4 egg whites 2 whole eggs M2: Shake w/ 3 strawberries M3: 6oz chicken, fish, turkey,or lean red meat 4 oz sweet potato or 1/2c. brown rice 1c. green veggies 1 tsp. flax M4: same as 2 M5: 6 oz chicken, fish, turkey or lean red meat 2c. green veggies. 1 tsp flax
