I started the var today. Took 5mgs. I'm going to do that for a week, then increase it to 10.
My workout schedule is pretty much:
Mon : Chest and Tri's/Spinning for cardio plus abs Tues: Legs (Quads, Glutes, Calves) and running 3 miles Wed: Bi's Tri's Hamstrings/ Spinning Thurs: Shoulders/Spinning Fri: Back and Bi's/ 20 min Elliptical Sat: Step class, abs Sun: rest
I lift heavy, to failure.
My diet:
I like to have oatmeal and egg whites for breakfast
I eat a snack around 2 1/2 - 3 hours later, usually an apple or some peanut butter
Lunch is romaine lettuce, tomato, tuna, and some all bran cereal, no dressing
Another snack a few hours later
A sugar free protein bar before the gym. (I don't touch sugar)
Lean protein and veggies for dinner.
