a Lot of the substances we put into our bodies aren't "safe". If she does small doeses to start and doens't use for an extended period of time, will it harm her? No. Not unless she has a prior heart condition, is on anti-depressants, or has stress and anxiety problems. If she takes it too late in the day, she may have restless sleep or if she takes it before she has to write a lot, may have a shaky hand. It affects everyone differently. The media attacked it because it was working so well that typical people felt that if one was good 5 was better. That isn't true esp not with this. Many of the people that are recorded as hurt or dead due to this, had a prior health condition that the media neglects to mention.
