 wife and gear

I myself have done 4-5 cycles over the past few years and am fairly knowledgable when it comes to mens gear, Wife is 42, 140 lbs 5'4" Great chest and looks after herself and was always very active in sports etc. About 8 yrs ago she became very ill, walking to her was a nightmare needless to say even with dieting she put on alot of lbs. As of 2 yrs ago she had major surgery on her abdominal area. Through hard work at the gym and good dieting she lost about 65lbs, Now the problem, she needs some help to finish what she's started and to reach her goal weight, I would like to get your advise on gear for her, what to use, how much, type of cycle to use.I need to be better informed before I talk to her about it, she has made a few statements about gear but just in joking, I think she's hoping I'll dangle that perverable carrot out to her, I've read most of the info on the board but as we all know it boils down to a personal prefence plus I am confused, there seems to be more forgiveness when a male screws up on gear and none for the female so I need to do this right

sorry to hear she's been through so much!

i think the best thing to do is to get her to join this board so she can do research and ask questions.

other than that, and i assume you realise this, but aas builds muscle and it won't help her drop fat.

i would really recommend all the kinks be worked out of the training and diet first, and then if she feels it's necessary, she could run anavar to help her preserve muscle while she cuts (but i would think that it would be a bit of a waste). other than that, i would say a good ECA and diet and training should get her pretty far. yohimbine might also be a consideration if you can get it.

anyone else have thoughts?

First of all she won't even take a asprin, let alone trying aas, thats one of the problems, I know she has a open mind about different supplements etc, but never used any, She may warm up to the idea of using gear along with her diet and work outs if she knows she will get much better results with it, her diet and routine are not in question, I think. Its just that she seems to have hit a wall and can't make further gains. To get her to come on the board may happen someday but not now, if I educate myself I can help but there is alot of confusing advise on the board

Dustie.. AAS are NOT fatburners... just like sparkly said

she needs to diet, do cardio, weight train and possibly take some fat burners...

aas WILL build her up.. increase lean body mass... is she a seasoned athlete?? is she ready for this leap??

i would NEVER suggest AAS for a woman who is NOT serious into the bbing lifestyle to ever use gear just to help her diet or to think she will get thin...

jsut my $.02
Super

No kidding. No one who is not committed to the bb lifestyle should even consider using AAS!! Talk about having regrets!! That's a sure fire recipe for disaster.

You may think that her diet is on target but often time I find that people think that they are eating for there goals when in fact there is A LOT of room for improvement. I suggest you post up exactly what she eats and when on an average day and then we can go from there.
