ok, four weeks out from my show and looking exactly how i want except for being a tad harder. just started taking Nolvadex, but i heard that it makes birth control inactive. (i am on the Depo shot, if that makes a difference.) can anyone help? i need some answers quick; in the meantime need to find alternate contraceptives just to be sure...no babies needed at the moment. also, for those who know: what other benefits/ side effects are there with blockers? i'm pretty experienced with AS, but have never used a blocker. i'm running out of time here...please help! thanks guys, |

well, seeing as to how i am on the Depo shot, that would mean i'm a female~would i need birth control if i wasnt? i am taking a blocker to shed water and become harder...i just wanted to know about other possible risks or sides associated with these. i really wasnt sure but i heard that women who are TRYING to get pregnant use Clomid or nolva. ..if this is true then i def want to know, so i can avoid any "accidents"

Strngthmnx, I am not sure if anti-e will affect the BC shot, but I can tell you that Clomin and nolva are VERY different. nolva, is used in the t/x of breast cancer to block estro to the breast, not for fertillity. In fact, the #1 warning from the company is not to even think about getting preggers for sometime after use. I can also say that you should ramp up the dose, come down to a maintainance dose around your show, then tapper off slowly afterwards. The rebound is awfull. AngerOUt
