Hi ladies

I have done 3 cycles of anavar now and I've got on with it really well at a dose of 20mg daily. I used it all through my last contest prep and it helped me hold on to all my muscle and even add a little while dieting. Now I'm thinking about my next contest prep. I won't need to gain much more size but I'm looking to maintain my muscle as before, add hardness, vascularity etc.....

Now, is it best for me to have a change of substance? I was thinking about primo but I have been confused by the info out there on which is best out of tablets/ injectable / doses/ stacking/ using alone....what would be the best for contest prep?

I have oral winni but am a little hesitant to use it due to the risk of virilisation...i believe the risk is less with primo?

or should i stick with what i know..again?
