hi all...i am new to this site. i actually need some advice. my boyfriend has been using steroids for a while and i asked his advice on fat loss steroids/hormones or whatever. he reccomended anavar. i have recently put on a considerable amount of weight. i want something that will aid me in dropping weight FAST. i dont necessarily want to build a lot of muscle. i just really want to get lean. so with a lower fat/calorie diet and 25 minutes of cardio 4 times per week, would anavar help a lot??? i have heard from someone clembuterol is better but i cant get access to clem. so please help me!!!

Anavar is not what you need. Personally I would get started on some cardio, watch the diet (which is probably more than a little off if you put on that much weight recently) and take a fat burner pill. What is your current plan for working out and diet? Chelsea

Basically I use a fitness glider thing for 30 minutes 3 times a week. And as for my diet...yikes!! I have never been overweight before but since I am working full-time and going to college full-time, I have been slacking off and eating like shit. So you do you not reccomend anavar???

In my opinion, Anavar should not be in the equation right now. You need to get your training and your diet in check first. I would also suggest taking a fat burner such as Thermorexin or something similiar. Could you post a typical diet in a day for us? That would be very helpful. Also, are you doing weight training as well?

ok well usually i don't eat breakfast...i either have a coffee or water in the morning. then for lunch usually 6" subway chicken grinder (no cheese, plain yellow mustard, and a ton of veggies), pretzals, and a piece of fruit or like cherries, and for dinner usually steak, chicken, or pork, salad w/vinagrette dressing, and some high carb thing (like potatoe or rice). And I probably eat 2 rice krispie treats a day. I used to eat some much more in high school and wasn't fat...this is driving me crazy!!! i'm assuming b/c i don't do as much now?!? my boyfriend who bodybuilds wants to get me on to some weight training routine 2 days a week. Is Thermorexin a natural supplement? I ahve never considered taking anything synthetic before but I hate the way I look. So if you have any advice...I am open. Someone actually told me you got them down to a 4% body fat so hopefully you can help me  thanks a lot- Linds
