5mg up to 25mg. it also depends on her reactions to it. like i can take the higher amount plus without much probs but yet my genetics allow it.

start low, 5 or 10 mg for a week and see where she stands then up 5 mg the next week. keep an eye on her. dont take beyond her personal threshhold. more doesnt = better, more = virilization symptoms

Winstrol dosig can be strange. Some women see far less sides with dosing every 4 to 5 days. Usually 25-50 mg E5D to start is plenty - and some women still see virilization symptoms at that dose. If you were going to try and do less you'd need to cut it with some injectable B12 to get accurate dosing.

Men claim that the most constant blood levels are acheived with ED or EOD dosing because of the short half-life of Winny. But I question this because of the crystalization of Winny - it takes longer to dissapate than people think.

But again - start low and slow and above all BE PATIENT! Too many people think they aren't seeing anything and up the dose only to have sides bite them in the ass down the road.

I agree with Faye. I would take 25mg E4D or E5D. Watch for sides because they can come on pretty quickly so I wouldnt be too anxious to up the dosage depending on your previous experience. Chelsea

What would be the sides of winstrol for a woman. I have used it myself and had no probelms but my girlfreind also wants to take it. I don't know how to advise this would she need to take a drug to keep from having side effects how long should she stay on the cycle and would she need any drugs to help recover from the cycle.
