is this possibly a diet or training prob?
I pasted this from my last post in my cycle log but thought I would post here in case anyone had any ideas. I appreciate any suggestions. Well, its the end of week 3. I weighed myself this morning and I still weigh the same as last week. Funny thing is that I definitely look different. I still weigh 121.5 but my biceps are measuring an extra 1/2 inch on each side and you can tell that I look bigger. Im pretty confused. Anyone have any ideas? The only thing I can think of is that the durabolin has displaced some water that I usually hold somewhere else and is storing it in the muscles now???? I really have no idea why I weigh the same yet look and measure bigger. When I hadnt gained that much last week I decided to be a little more lax about the diet and see if I ate even more what would happen but nothing seems to be happening. For instance, yesterdays diet was as follows: Meal 1: Peanut Butter sandwich Meal 2: Muscle Milk drink Meal 3: Brisket, pinto beans Meal 4: Chicken Breast, sweet potato, little bit of brocolli Meal 5: Muscle Milk drink Meal 6: Hamburger Helper ( I know it sounds gross but I like it) Meal 7: Chicken Breast, little bit of pasta Meal 8: EvoPro drink
Anyone have any ideas why Im not gaining more weight? Im now at 12.5mg every other day. | | Reply » is this possibly a diet or training prob? |

Give it time girl! You've only been on 3 weeks and the durabolin can take some time to kick in. You'll start gaining weight...just give it a little longer. 3 weeks is nothing...really.
Like chichmuscle said - I would like to see your total calories/protein/carb/fat stats though!

What is your total caloric intake? If you're on AS and not gaining wait, it's probably from not eating enough. How much protein are you getting?
Also, you are using a lot of meal replacements, and the peanut butter sandwhich isn't a good idea for a meal.

Thanks Frosty and Ducky, Im reworking my diet now and going to see how I do on that for awhile. I was told today that I have a great cutting diet down pat but that I need to up my carbs a lot to gain weight. Im going to give that a try. Today I added some OJ and a banana to my muscle milk. I just love that stuff. Also snacking on dried fruit because it will get a lot of calories in me. Protein intake is pretty high, atleast 200g a day ( I weigh in the 120's). Anymore feedback? Thanks, Chelsea
