Hi Ladies -- just wanted to say hi and introduce myself as new to steroidology and these forums.. i've spent some time looking over the posts and sounds like you're all smart ladies and, most importantly, supportive of each other.. so happy to be a part of the community.. little about me -- have been training with trainer for about 3 years considering competing in amateur figure at some point.. stats -- 5'11" // about 11% bodyfat - have made relatively significant gains in regards to building muscle as i've seen sports nutritionist whole time and am very regimented when it comes to my diet-- so look forward to picking up on the collective wisdom that i've seen here that you share with each other!
