I would take THermorexin unless you are sensitive to stimulants. Thermorexin has the Glucorell that is supposed to help with carbs and insulin response as well as a little yohimbine hcl to help with estrogenic fat. Chelsea

Yes, its in pill form. The instructions should be on the label. I just started taking something called San Tight and so far I seem to be liking that to. Just one pill a day that I take mid morning. Chelsea

Im just taking the San Tight for energy not really fat loss. I see a lot of ingredients in the T-rex that arent in the Tight so Im guessing for fat loss the T-rex would be better. Chelsea
