Haven't been in the forum for a little while due to being so busy and exhausted, but had a few questions. Because I know someone will ask, here is a typical meal plan for a day: Meal 1: Oatmeal and 3 egg whites Meal 2: Protein bar or shake Meal 3: Can of tuna w/ some veggies Meal 4: Salad w/ grilled chicken Meal 5: Protein bar or natty pb
meals are typically 3 hours apart, depending on work schedule and workout time. Currently doing about 6 days of cardio per week (trying to bring down the bf see if I had something under there). I'm 5'4 ish 125 lbs. No idea what the bodyfat is but here are some pictures http://www.hookupboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=757.
Now I just finished my first two weeks of clen- I ordered Brit. Drag. and it said they were 40 mcg pills however there is no way they are 40's and I dont even think they are 20's. I was taking 6 a day (and I could have done more). I got a couple sides here and there some shakiness and some cramping during my upper body workout. Are these just very underdosed or have I very quickly developed a tolerance? I haven't noticed any changes in my bodies' composition at all despite the cardio and diet on top of the Clen. My second question would be, I'm thinking of ordering a different brand, however my guy can only get oxyflux, which I read are very underdosed. Is Lion's nutrition liquid any good? And can you order Clen off of websites? Because I've read several posts where people are ordering directly off of a website (such as lions nutrition).

Hotwtrbby, I use Perutech. 25 mcg per cap. the most I have ever been able to tolerate is 3 caps, so if your taking 6 - you need to get a new source!! on 3 I can't even write legibly or sleep. and the cramping during my workouts has caused arms to lock completely!!

Girl, I think you've either got one of two problems: Either your goods are not legit or The goods are legit, and you are WAY overdosing!
I have always used Oxyflux, at 80mcg a day and have always seen fantastic results. I begin at only 20mcg/per day and work up to 80mcg/per day. Once I reach 80, I then alternate days 2/on 2/off. If your's is a good product and you are taking that much, you are blowing out your receptors! I think you might want to find a new source. Also, do the tabs come in individually foil-sealed packets?

What exactly do you do for cardio, and how long do you do it for? Also, how long have you been running this current diet for? What were your stats when you started and what are they now? And if you're using any additives with the oatmeal, salads, veggies or anything for that matter, please let us know. And if you can post a sample of your workout routine that might be of some help also.
