sorry girls and guys, this post is kinda disgusting.
im running my 3 week on DNP. 1st week was a month or so ago, it was a trial run, it made me feel like shit. im on right now, wasnt last week, but was on the week before last week. i feel fine though, no problems but i tire out easily and need 12 hours of sleep to feel well. on this 3rd week, my training is on the same level that it was when im off, but i could only manage 3 days instead of 5 or 6.
anyways ive noticed that my urine has been the darkest its ever been. no matter how much water and fluids (crytal light and sug free sparkling h2O) that i drink. its like very golden brown, dark, i dont know what its from. im not too worried, my kidney feel okay, and so does the rest of my uriinary track.
does anybody know what this could be caused from?

I don't know if this is the same stuff a friend of mine's wife took...but it almost killed her. It is some nasty stuff. She lost her hair...really...she almost died from it. I think there are other things I would do instead of this. I mean...especially since you feel so crappy. I would be concerned with the dark urine I would think. Sounds like the kidneys aren't doing too well. Maybe try some really heavy antioxidants.

protein in the urine will make it very dark...
when your body has an infection there is more stress on the liver and kidneys and the urine is darker in color...
DNP is like an infection in your body and your body is gonna fight it a bit..
IMO, i would not touch DNP with a ten foot pole... several of us did research on it like a year ago and found all sorts of really negative possible sides for women... the worst of all that it could effect your eggs.. so it may not be a risk worth taking...
also IMO and my $.02... DNP is a stupid, instant gratification, too much stress on your body, not worth it way to get lean...
IF you can not do it with diet and training, then don't bother...
Girl, this may sound harsh, and i am sorry, but i do not want anything happening to your body that is irreversible!!!

What I have been told...DNP...is basically...rat poisin. Scary stuff...Please think twice before you continue with this.

DNP used to be used as a dye, and has a tenency to give all bodily excretions a brownish/yellow hue. A freind of mine who utilized DNP for one of his contests, told me he sweated yellow (bed sheets) his urine was dark brown, and even his ejaculate has a yellowish hue. So what you are experiencing is standard, healthy no...but it is normal for the compound you are using.

I went 3 days w/ a very high dose(just felt to bad and didnt wanna stall my gains from the AAS i was taking....no discoloration but like i said it was only 3 days. I hate the stuff but that has nothing to do w/ ur question. Some insight from experienced users is what were after.
