Has she used other burners before? To start out with , you certainly want to start her low and assess her tolerance. The dosage per day for women ranges from 50-100mcg's a day. I myself am using PeruTech's Clen and I can't get over 50mcgs a day. So I would suggest starting her with one a day and then work her up to I would say no more that 100mcgs. But our bodies tolerate dosages differently so just be careful. You may also want to pick up some Taurine powder to combat any cramping that sometimes comes along with Clen usage. Are you going to have her run it two weeks on and two weeks off? What will you be using on the off weeks?

I will just try her for 2 weeks and see what happens.....she has been on ripped Fuel w/ephedra...says it works for her.....I will start her off with 1 a day then up it to 4 at the most
