here, ill give you some real bias advise. i would not take any product that is advertised by the most airheaded person on tv. if you saw her special where she reveals how much fat she lost, she says that she never feels like eating when she is on trimspa. she doesnt even remember what she had for the day. so what worked? not eating (that will definitly make you lose pounds) or the trim spa? she even said that she doesnt even work out. trimspa will work just as good as any other EF thermogenics. but, give it a go, but maybe add some ephedrine to it. Ive read that lipo 6 is effective with ephedrine added to it.

as i think about it, im not really fond of any advertised supplements. particularly the ones with the exptreme advertisement punches. a classic one is "legal anabolics". OKAY!!!

I was thinking of trying trimspa as well but then again if u never feel like eating i don't think that's a good sign
