As of right now she has cosmo and all the other women magazines, but what I'm looking for is getting her a fitness magazine. We've looked before and I knew that Wieder had a magazine out there so we looked for that we found it "Shape" was the name I think and it was horrible. I know she doesnt really like reading MD and FLEX because its not really stuff she wants to do. Any suggestions???? She wants articles on lifting and exercises she can do. |

i hate the fitness magz. i cant tell wether the chix ont he cover is a starving model or actually a gym chix. M&F for women to me seem like they never drop any articles on actually bb women. so i dont buy em. she can really learn a lot form just flex and reg M&F. i get those and ive learned a lot even though its tailored more for the guys, bu they never leave the chixs hanging

Thanks maybe ill talk her into checking out flex again... because i definatly dont see her reading md.

Well, if she's looking for articles for women's bodybuilding, then it's probably better to stick with Flex and such. But if she is just looking for good exercises for an average woman of fitness, and some great recipes, M&F Woman has some great articles. Some of it can get a little weak, but it's a decent magazine.
I'm a Figure competitor, and I find it the most helpful of all the watered down women's fitness mags!
