I used it for a few 4 week cycles both during aas use and alone. I used it maily to restore glycogen as quickly as possible, and shot IM after the big days (legs, back). I also used creatine and my dose never climbed abouve 12IU. Looking back, the few ounces of actual muscle or supersaturated fiber that I gained werent worth the stress of being on slin. If you have nothing to do after you lift, give it a try. I did lose a little strength each time I came off, and Im not sure what to contribute that to. Also gained a maybe 2-3lbs each time but since the slin was always ran with creatine, Im pretty sure I was just holding a little extra water. Honestly, the only time id run slin now is PCT. It does really help me keep strength and size. Defintly include creatine, glutamine and hit the protein hard. Is it worth it...depends on your goals/expectations.
