I have a female friend who has 2 children and not alot of time on her hands.
She is a single mom , and trying to lose some lbs. She is 5'7 and weighs around 140 . The only thing she needs to do in my opinion is tone up. Please give me some advice i can give her on toning up and finding happiness for herself.
