The age old torment of cellulite!! Honey if there were a miracle cure, i would be a millionaire by now!!!
First thing is cellulite is fat deposits... she needs to start increasing her lean mass in the area where the cellulite is and in turn decreasing her fat stores... There are caffeine creams that seem to help a bit in tightening up the area...
Thimocase cream works in pulling out water and tightening the area (competitors sometimes use this cream to help)... but aside from some gels and creams (even preparation H will help) really it is fat loss and muscle gain... that is the only tried and true real way to get rid of it for good!!
The otc creams may help reduce the appearance, but they will not take away the cellulite...
I feel her pain!! Sucks big time!! Tell her to stop beating herself up and remind her that she has a man that loves her and finds her sexy as hell even with it!!! Keep reminding her how beautiful she is and how turned on you are by her... that stuff always helps too
