first of all... imo the winny is a tad high.. i would start her with 5mgs and work up to 10mgs and then possibly up to 15mgs but she needs to be careful!!! Also, pull out the simple carbs.. cheerios, cheese noodles or whatever the hell those things are... also her protein shake has a lot of cals... maybe something a bit lighter and the possiblity of adding in another meal..
I train with higher weight and lower reps... more muscle = less fat... cardio is good! Post workout 30 mins max!
maybe a good fat burner would help!
no cheats baby... if it were easy, everyone would be lean!!!
