hey i had a question about cardio and using anavar or primo ... i had always felt a bit funny about my pressure sometimes on the last cycle i did of win , or decca felt like my head sometimes was goin to explode.. or heart was racing to fast i do love to run and i am wondering if anyone in here has ever experianced anything like this.... or is this normal, i know i have read alot about nose bleeds in here and i havent never had one nor want one so is this whats trying to happen or what... stupid question but you never know..i dont know how much cardio anyone does or how intense the workout is but running gets ya going and i wouldnt want to over do myself or anything i am only 36 so its not like i am a grandma....lol would love any advice on this.. thanxxx.
