Let's start with what you are doing now. Could you post a sample daily eating plan and what a typical workout schedule for you looks like?

I had a gastric bypass 2 years ago. I eat 5 times a day I can only eat about 3-4 ounces. there is a lot of foods that i can't eat. Breakfast Kashi Go Lean Cereal with 1/4 banana Snack 4 ounces non-fat yogurt Lunch 2-3 ounces of meat (usually either chickn or tuna) Snack whey Protein drink Supper 2-3 ounces meat and a vegetable
I take calcium supplements and a multi-vitamin everyday. If Ifeel the urge to sncak I eat seedless grapes. The only thing that I drink is Propel Water I get at least 64-100 ounces of water a day.
As for exercise I walk on a treadclimber every day for 30-45 minutes and do strength training 3 days a week.
I heard Clen is great for this but I am not sure. Any advice would be helpful!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow. Gastric bypass is a serious step!
I'm not familiar with the diet involved following such a proceedure but I'd recommend following whatever your doctor has laid out for you.
Good luck!

It was pretty drastic, but I have lost 152 pounds! I had the surgery 2 years ago and I have been stuck for a year and a half. I still want to lose about 20-25 pounds. The doctor tells me It is not a big deal if I don't lose it and told me to keep doing what I am doing. Well, what i am doing is not working. I need help! if anyone and give some advice I would be very greatfull!

Seems to me that if you want to kick start your progress that you should change up your exercise routine. How heavy are you lifting? Sounds like you are doing lots of cardio and have been for some time. Perhaps your body has adapted to it.
This may sound odd but I'd suggest that if you can't change up the diet you should take a week or two off the gym. Give your body a break. It's been through a lot.
After a few weeks, go back in the gym and see what happens.
