I'm currently on Sustanon 250 only @ 500mg/week for 10 weeks.
I'm in week 3 now, and the sust. hasn't really kicked in yet I believe, although some strength gains have been noticed.

I'm considering adding dbol to the 4 last weeks of the cycle:
Week 1-10 500mg/week sustanon
Week 8-12 30mg/day dbol
Week 12-16 PCT I've read some people adding dbol for just about 2 weeks etc., is 4 weeks too long when adding it in the end of the cycle? Or would it be a good idea, rather than e.g only 2 weeks?

No, there is no reason why you would have to run it for a shorter period of time just because you would be running it at the end of your cycle instead of at the beginning or middle. Why not wait to make the decision until you see how you react to the Sust? Have you ever run d-bol before? Is this your first cycle?

I haven't run Sust. before, but I have run the dbol(no bloat, no gyno, no acne), so I know how I react to the dbol atleast. And I should know something about how I react to the sust. in week 8, right?

i prefer a 3 week wait from last sus inject before PCT starts so i would do dbol 9-13 and then start PCT .
