100mg Tren acetate once a week. I thought Tren was too hardcore but other women were doing it, so my friend tried it and loved it. Killed her period though and after awhile she yearned to have it again.

I can't speak for gains because I dont really read her logs but she was leg pressing into the 700s for reps.

I would never recommend a woman use Tren. .much too harsh
