Cycle losses
Hey guys. Any newbie's out there who just finished a first or second cycle care to share what they experienced as far as losses are concerned and how long it took for them to start noticing the losses. I am 4 weeks out to finishing mine and love how things are looking, i sure would hate to lose it all at the end. | | Reply » Cycle losses |

I am 4 weeks out to finishing mine and love how things are looking, i sure would hate to lose it all at the end. | Just finished 2nd cycle. It's in the my cycle forum. It took appox 2-3 weeks to notice losses. I'm 5 weeks out and have lost 20 pounds off my bench press max and about 8-10 pounds of bodyweight but some of that had to be water. Currently about 255ish and bench 415ish for a raw bench max and about 550ish shirted. About the 5 week mark you will notice you start feeling good again and the 1st week off you will still feel like superman.

What i am going to lose I will lose within that time frame. I just want a reference so i know when I can breath a little easier. I can totaly understand the water loss. Help educate me though, I am still lean and dont look like I am holding much water at all. My skin is like painted on. Regardless, i am sure with after the water loss, you looked better anyway right.

| Water is inevitably going to leave you after cycle. But how mauch water your holding will vary. I actually tried to hold water at the end of my cycle because I compete in powerlifting. Less water will mean les weight loss in PCT. I think a majority of the ten pounds I lost was water, very little muscle. It came off fast too so it had to be water. I definitly felt better the 1st week off but I'm not sure I looked better. I was looking pretty swole while on even with the water retention. My face looked better though. It went back to looking more lender and not puffy.

you will lose water weight ......how much muscle you loose depends on 3 factors how good your PCT is, if you continue to eat and how hard you continue to train..... if you start training like a depressed pussy, stop eating right and mess up your PCT you could lose it all.......if you load up on creatine ,follow a good PCT, continue to eat and train hard/whilst not overtraining and getting sufficient rest you could keep 80-100% of your gains.......there is no real average loss its imo completely up to you....
