bro
2 start ya may wish 2 back-off on the Clen. R the cramps muscular, GI or angina?
K+ is one lyte you don't want to mess with (think very "bad 4 the heart") - very narrow therapeutic range of 3.5-5 mEq/L so best 2 get some bloodwork 2 establish serum K+ levels
8-10 mEq tabs r common and 16-24 mEq/day PO (by mouth) is often Rx 4 hypoK+
Safer way 2 ↑ K+ would be to eat some bananas
I AM NOT an MD so always seek professional medical advice from a qualified physcian for proper Dx & treatment - pls
peace

so if the safer way would be to eat some bananas, i take it high doses of potassium arent needed, but rather normal doses.....as opposed to megadosing B12 for anti-E, or B5 for acne...
I appreciate the responce, but as i got a D in AP chemistry in highschool and never took it since, I would appreciate some laymen's terms..
..and the cramps are muscular i believe..she says shes kind of achey in the muscles..

Clen is a dieuretic; make sure she drinks plenty of water!! Lack of water is often the cause of cramps. Bananas, gatorade, and K+ tabs are all suitable. Do a search on Clen cramps in the anabolic section; I myself have actually started a thread on this lol. Those mf'ers will kill your calves! Found my thread for you; there are a million others as well...: http://www.steroidology.com/forum/s...ead.php?t=51554

Drink your water - Take your multivitamin, and start taking some Taurine - Problem solved!!
I would stay away from adding in more and more potasium -
