Well if you're gonna get some gains at all from the cycle, I'd recommend you'd increase the length of the cycle to 8 or IMO atleast 10weeks. The sustanon kicks in about after 4-5 weeks, and if you only do 6weeks, you will kinda only get 2 weeks out of it. And 250mg sust. isn't such a low dose since it's your first cycle, many have gained great mass on that dose during their first cycle.

Since you're prone to gyno, I'd run 10mg of nolva during the cycle. Or when/if you start feeling some gyno development, bump the nolva dose to 20-40mg a day until it goes away.
And for PCT 2 weeks of nolva @ 40mg/day and then 2 weeks more of 20mg/day. But I guess you'd already have looked in to that?

I like what Hulk said but I also recommend Clomid.
You'll get good gains off off 250 mgs Sos over 8-10 wks on your first cycle. I did. I also had 50 mgs Winstrol EOD but youre fine with what you have laid out. Make sure to eat eat eat.

You can never know for sure, but at such a low dose and with nolva running throughout the cycle, I'd guess you wouldn't run into gyno troubles. And if you would, just increase the nolva dosage.

Are you gonna increase the length of the cycle to 10 weeks? You should, IMO, 6 weeks imo is waste of gear.
